You can also view your profile page at any time from your Account Management page by clicking the 'My Profile' Button at the top of the page.

Answer

You can customise your profile page by logging into your account, then clicking the yellow 'My Account' Button > 'Account Home'. From here you can set your own customised images and logos, or change any of your details.

Quzzled is an online engagement platform that allows you to ask questions to companies directly, and the company you question to provide you with a responsive answer using text, image, video or a combination of all three.

Should you have a more general question, not specific to a particular company, you can search by industry to direct your question to relevant companies, who are well positioned to answer your query.

You can also engage with a question that has been asked by another Quzzled user - these responses will appear beneath the official company answer. You have the option to post questions and answers anonymously, with your profile only visible to the company.

Quzzled is a medium dedicated to improving levels of customer service. Companies and users are not restricted by text, say what you actually need to say, how you want to say it.
